The schedule has been set up based on many schedule requests submitted along with commitments.  Games are consecutive wherever possible to ensure maximum referee coverage.  Please refrain from requesting reschedules unless it is absolutely necessary.

 

 

0)  There are fees related to rescheduling games during the season.  Pleast contact your local LCSL rep to get approval for rescheduling games (and incurring these additional fees).  If the reschedule does not give sufficient notice to the referee assignor, there requesting team will also have to pay the fee to the referee assigned to the original game.

 

1)  If you still need to reschedule a game, contact the opposing coach.  His or her contact information is listed in the combined Commitment spreadsheet, available from your community LCSL representative.

 

2)  Arrange a mutually agreeable date and time for the rescheduled game.

 

3)  Confirm the field availability at the new time with the field scheduler for the home community.

 

4)  The LCSL Representative from the requesting team only should, having confirmation that all coaches agree, send an email to the LCSL Scheduler (lcslscheduler@yahoo.com) with all information (date, time, teams, field, and division) for both the new game and the old game.

 

5) The LCSL Scheduler will reply promptly (usually within a couple days) if your request has been approved.
